Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
At PL Fragrance, every order is prepared with care to ensure your fragrance arrives beautifully and securely.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your fragrance selection, quantity, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact pureaesthetics123@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, PL Fragrance will provide an appropriate resolution for errors made on our behalf.
PROCESSING
Standard processing is 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
For expedited processing or to skip standard processing time, checkout using Zelle or select Invoice Payment.
SHIPPING
After processing, orders are shipped via UPS with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. PL Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PL Fragrance cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once UPS marks an order as Delivered, PL Fragrance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any delivery-related claims should be submitted directly to the carrier.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because orders begin processing shortly after purchase, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed.
Refunds are only provided when PL Fragrance is unable to fulfill an order or when specifically approved by PL Fragrance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
